Refund Policy
Last updated: 10 July 2026
Drift Pro is sold through the app stores and payment providers, so refunds are handled by whichever platform you bought through. Here is exactly how to request one, and what your statutory rights are.
1. How refunds are handled
Drift Pro is purchased through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Paddle (our merchant of record for web purchases). Because these platforms process the payment, refunds follow each platform’s own refund policy and process. We cannot directly issue a refund for a purchase made through a platform — but we are happy to help you get to the right place.
Before subscribing, remember the free tier is fully usable, forever — a good way to try Drifttt before you pay.
2. Apple App Store
Request a refund via Apple’s “Report a Problem” page (reportaproblem.apple.com), or through Settings on your device: your name → Media & Purchases → Purchase History → the purchase → Report a Problem. Apple decides the outcome under its policy.
3. Google Play
Request a refund through the Google Play refund process: open Google Play → your subscriptions/purchase history, or use the Play Store order help page, and submit a refund request. Google decides the outcome under its policy.
4. Paddle (web purchases)
If you subscribed on the web, Paddle is the merchant of record. Use the receipt Paddle emailed you (it links to their buyer support), or contact support@drifttt.com and we will point you to Paddle’s refund process.
5. EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. Please note: for digital content and services, you may lose that right once you begin using the paid service with your consent (for example, by activating Pro features within the withdrawal period). This statutory right applies alongside — and is not limited by — the platform policies above.
6. Getting help
For help with a refund, first contact the platform you purchased through (Apple, Google, or Paddle), since they process the payment. You can also email support@drifttt.com and we will do our best to help you resolve it.
We want Drifttt to be worth it — if something isn’t working for you, tell us and we’ll try to make it right.
