Delete your account
This page explains how to permanently delete your Drifttt (“Drift Time Tracker”) account and everything associated with it — and lets you do it right here. Deletion is immediate, complete and irreversible.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes from our servers:
- your account itself — your email address, sign-in sessions and authentication tokens;
- all synced content — projects, clients, tasks, work sessions, working hours, schedule exceptions, invoices, billing details, business profile and preferences;
- your change history and the registry of your devices;
- any AI assistant connections (OAuth grants and tokens);
- your subscription entitlement record, pending sign-in codes, and usage-analytics events tied to your account.
Deleting in the app also wipes the app's local data on that device. Data is removed from our live systems immediately; encrypted server backups age out automatically as they rotate. Events that were never linked to your account (recorded while signed out, under a random install id) are anonymous and cannot be connected to you.
Before you delete: if you want to keep a copy of your data, export a backup in the app first (Settings → Data → Export backup). And note that deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel it in the store where you subscribed (Google Play, the App Store, or Paddle).
Delete from the app
In Drifttt, open Settings → Account → Delete account. You'll be shown what gets removed, then asked for a 6-digit code we email you — enter it and the account plus all its data are permanently deleted, including the local data on that device.

You can delete your account without the app. Enter your account email, we'll send you a 6-digit code to confirm it's really you, and then destroy the account and all of its data.
Account deleted
Your account and all data associated with it have been permanently deleted. If you used the app on any device, it will sign itself out; you can keep using Drifttt there offline, or sign up again anytime.
